I have a brother-in-law who owns a restaurant in SLC. Business slowed to a crawl, because people want to stay home. The mayor of SLC ordered restaurants closed, curbside delivery is still an option. This actually helped him, because he is insured for this, but not unless it is “officially” shut down by the state or the feds.
