DZ Ep 148 – Kris Paronto, Hero of Benghazi on “Going Through the Suck”

Wow, what a powerful episode. Kris Paronto is one of my personal heroes. He defied orders and acted to save American diplomatic staff lives during a massive terrorist attack in Benghazi. He’s a former Army Ranger and is the inspiration for one of the central characters in the movie 13 Hours. In this very candid conversation he talks about the national healing our nation needs and how he went from nearly committing suicide to how he got his personal healing through faith and being willing to admit the changes he needed to make to himself and then being willing to do the work to accomplish those changes. You’ll be riveted to this entire episode.

Check out his website HERE to learn more about how you can have him speak at your next event or even come train at your local range! You can also order both of his books, “The Ranger Way,” and “Patriot’s Creed.
