DZ Ep 97 – Retired Navy SEAL Aaron Reed Talks What It Takes to be American SF and Preparing for the Apocalypse

I have an air craft carrier full of respect for our Special Forces community. They are the badasses of the badasses. They keep us safe and they do the dirty work no one else is willing to do. They love their country and freedom and many of them have given their lives so we can argue over silly things like toilet paper and haircuts. They also know better than anyone how to prepare for the worst while hoping for the best. In light of #2020 events, a lot of people are thinking again about being prepared for a rocky future.

American hero, retired Navy Seal and owner of Ops Armory Firearms and Tactical Training Aaron Reed joins us on today’s pod. We’ll discuss the toughness needed to be the best of America’s best and the important aspects of being prepared for the worst.

Hi Leland. Just happened to think about you today and found your podcast! I miss your show so much from 840whas. Not bitter or anything but the new morning show has devolved into “if you could bring one music album to a desert island, what would it be?”.

During the most critical times of our nation’s recent history, it really is a disservice that the Louisville metro area doesn’t have someone with your common sense and level headed approach to desiphering local and national political turmoil that we need right now. Iheart made a mistake taking you off the air. You are missed.
